If you continue to browse and use the EasyShopping-Electronics website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the Delivery page govern the relationship between you and EasyShopping-Electronics. The Guarantee with which the products displayed on this site are offered is provided by the Supplier/Manufacturer of those products, not EasyShopping-Electronics, and is fully explained on the Warranty page.
In these Terms of Use, the terms “you”, “your”, “customer” and "buyer" refer to the shoppers visiting this website and the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to EasyShopping-Electronics.

Description of Service
EasyShopping-Electronics does not at any time have ownership of the goods displayed on this website and as such cannot enter into a contract of sale. Such goods are displayed on the website with the approval of reputable suppliers in China to make them available to shoppers worldwide. This website invites shoppers to request EasyShopping-Electronics to act as their agent and place orders on their behalf with the suppliers of those products. The shoppers complete such requests by placing orders on this website and forwarding the payment. The responsibility of EasyShopping-Electronics is to place those order requests with the suppliers in China, to arrange for their delivery direct to the customer and if a problem arises to act on behalf of the customer to ensure a satisfactory solution.
Orders placed on this website do not constitute contracts of sale at the time the order is placed by the customer. The contract of sale is between the supplier in China and the customer and occurs when EasyShopping-Electronics, acting as agent for the customer, passes the order to the supplier in China and the supplier in China accepts the order.

Identity of the Supplier
Whilst there is no problem with the order, which is the case with most orders, the identity of the supplier remains undisclosed, but if a problem does arise requiring the activation of the 12 month warranty from the supplier, the customer has the right to terminate the agency agreement with Easy Shopping-Electronics and request full disclosure of the details of the supplier including the reference of the order placed on his behalf, so that he can enforce the supplier to comply with the terms of the Warranty himself. Easy Shopping-Electronics is better equipped to handle any such case and will not at any time relinquish their responsibility under the agency agreement unless the buyer himself terminates the agency agreement. Termination of the agency agreement must be communicated by email or by letter. EasyShopping-Electronics reserves the right not to provide further assistance in this matter or accept any liability if the agency agreement is terminated.
Price of our Delivery Service
The prices of the goods that, acting as your agent, we will order on your behalf are clearly stated on the product list and product specification pages and again on the shopping cart page where the delivery charge for our service is also displayed. Please note that products and prices are subject to change without notice.
Customers are advised that in addition to the sum they pay EasyShopping-Electronics they will also have to pay VAT or other Sales or Import duty/tax to the Shipping Company when the goods are delivered. Such taxes cannot be included in our pricing structure because they are different in every country. Please refer to the important note below relating to Import Taxes and/or Duties which is also repeated on the About Us page.
Important Note Relating to Import Taxes / Duties
Placing an order on our website you will, without any doubt, get value for your money - in most cases you would possibly have to pay up to twice as much to purchase the equivalent electronic device manufactured in your country, but you need to be aware before you place the order that in most countries all goods imported over a certain amount, which varies by country, are subject to some form of duty or tax.
These charges are your responsibility and have to be paid for at the time of receiving the goods. You need to make an allowance for this additional cost when placing your order request.
The duty or tax rates vary by country and such rates are normally applied on the import value including shipping charges, not the price you pay EasyShopping-Electronics. The Shipping Company may also make a small charge for brokerage which as importer is also the customer's responsibility. To offer you some idea of the impact of this extra cost, although we cannot accept any responsibility for this, imports into the UK are subject to VAT at 20.0%. We must stress again that this is only intended as a guideline to make you aware of possible additional costs. We cannot accept any responsibility regarding the actual amount of tax, duty or brokerage payable. It is your responsibility to check what this duty or tax will be in your country.
We also need to mention here that customers in the following 5 countries should pay particular attention to this matter, because their countries have very strict import rules and regulations
which could result in clearance issues and higher brokerage fees. These countries are France, Portugal, Spain, Greece and Malta.
All Orders need to be paid for in advance. Our delivery claim of "within 10 days" commences only when we have been advised that payment has been received. At the present time the only method of payment accepted is PAYPAL.

Important Note Relating to Your Rights of Cancellation
As stated above we are not the suppliers of the products ordered on our website. We are drop shippers providing a delivery service between you, the customer, and our suppliers in China. Acting as agents on your behalf we place your order requests with our suppliers in China. Please note that when you place your order request and make the payment on our website you are giving us your agreement to start the delivery service we provide before the usual cancellation period as defined by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please note that your rights of cancellation end as soon as the service commences. In practise the service commences when we are unable to stop the shipment, which could be a day or two or as little as an hour or two after you have placed the order request.
Notice of cancellation requests must be communicated by email. We check our email box periodically during the day between 9.00am and 9.00pm (UK Time) and will email the supplier on receipt of your cancellation request. If the supplier has not yet processed the order it will be cancelled. We will respond to your email as soon as we have heard from the supplier whether or not it has been possible to cancel. If we have not yet placed the order with the supplier because your payment clearance is awaited, the order is automatically cancelled and you will receive an email to that effect. Refunds for accepted cancellations are normally issued within 7 days.
Delivery Arrangements
Subject to stock availability, the delivery service commences soon after your order request is received and delivery is normally completed within 10 days. Customers are kept informed of the delivery progress by email and on the Order Status page on our website. Order tracking numbers are provided as soon as this information is made available to us by our suppliers, which in practise is normally as soon as the goods are placed in the hands of the shipping company.
Customers are informed by email when any order with the supplier is delayed due to non availability of stock and when an order request cannot be completed for any reason and in such case, at the request of the customer, refund is issued within 7 days. Disclaimer Relating to Goods Impounded by Customs
Easy Shopping-Electronics is not responsible for informing the customer about their own country's import regulations or duties or taxes. Therefore if an order is blocked by customs en route to the customer, or if the customer refuses to pay customs charges, duties or taxes, the goods will more than likely be abandoned and the customer is not entitled to any compensation or refund from Easy Shopping-Electronics.
It is completely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the intended import is legal in his/her country, and that he/she is aware of the possible import duty or tax that will have to be paid before he/ she places the order request.
Such cases are extremely rare, but if goods en route to the customer are so impounded by Customs, Easy Shopping-Electronics, in conjunction with the supplier of the goods and the courier allocated the shipment, will make every possible effort to redeem the situation and get the goods released and delivered to the customer.
Courier used for the Shipment
The shipping price quoted at the time the order request is received, is for the best suited courier for the specific area, based on previous experience and price. Easy Shopping-Electronics reserves the right to use the shipping company of their choice.
If however, the customer for whatever reason needs the order to be shipped by a specific one of the three couriers we currently can use, namely DHL, Fedex or UPS, then we may need to request an additional payment if this courier's charge is significantly in excess of that included in the original quote. In such case the order will then be withheld until the difference is paid.
Supplier's Warranty
All goods delivered by Easy Shopping-Electronics come with a 12 month warranty from the supplier / manufacturer and the terms of this warranty including the Returns Policy and Procedures are amply covered in the Warranty page. As agents ordering the goods on your behalf we are not directly responsible for the repair / replacement of faulty products, but as your agent we accept full responsibility for ensuring the supplier complies in full with the terms of the Warranty.
Please note: The Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the goods to the supplier, this has to be paid by the customer and it is not refundable. EasyShopping-Electronics cannot offer the customer compensation for such cost. The supplier repairs the item and pays for the shipping cost back to the customer.
Although EasyShopping-Electronics and the supplier will do their best to to avoid a tax duplication on the return of repaired goods, the customer will not be compensated if such cost cannot be avoided.
If the customer does not comply with the Supplier's Return Policy the Supplier may not provide the repair or offer full credit. In such a case the refund from EasyShopping-Electronics to the customer will be limited to the credit offered by the supplier to EasyShopping-Electronics.
If the returned item cannot be repaired by the supplier in China, Easy Shopping-Electronics will pay for the replacement or offer the customer a full refund of the original payment, excluding shipping charges which are not refundable. EasyShopping-Electronics will cover the cost of the return as well as the replacement if the product delivered is not that which the customer requested i.e. if the wrong product is delivered.
Shipping Problems
First of all, shipping problems are not a cause for concern to us and should not be a cause for concern to the buyer simply because such problems are very rare. Our suppliers, with years of experience of delivering worldwide, ensure that the delivery information on orders is sufficient for the courier, and tracking details are given to us and we pass on to customers so they know when to expect delivery.
Secondly all shipments are covered by the Couriers Insurance so that any losses suffered in transit such as lost packages or damaged goods can be reclaimed.
The important issues for the customer are simply that he must act responsibly and communicate any problems within a reasonable time.
In particular:
1. He/she must only sign for what he/she receives.
2. Any physical damage to packages must be noted on the paperwork of the courier that he/she signs.
3. EasyShopping-Electronics must be notified by email of such damage and any other discrepancy identified when the package is opened and the product used. This should be done within a reasonable time.
4. EasyShopping-Electronics must be notified by email of non receipts within a reasonable time from the date the package was expected.

Proof of Delivery
Shippers / Couriers guarantee delivery to the address specified on the order but they cannot guarantee that the person named on the order will sign for the delivery. It is totally the responsibility of the customer to ensure that either he, or a person authorised by him, is available at the specified address to receive and sign for the delivery. The Customer accepts that "Proof of Delivery" is satisfied with proof of delivery at the specified address without regard to the name or signature of the recipient.
Disclaimer relating to damages
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware, or software or for any personal loss arising as the result of incorrect installation of any product delivered by us. We do not accept liability for misuse of any of the products we deliver.
