Introduction to Supplier's Warranty
As Agents acting for customers and ordering electronic products on their behalf from suppliers in China, EasyShopping-Electronics is NOT responsible for the repairs of faulty products directly and does not accept returns under any circumstances, but as agents, EasyShopping-Electronics accepts full responsibility for ensuring the supplier complies with the terms of the warranty as displayed below.
In this Warranty page, the terms “you”, “your”, “customer” and “buyer” refer to the shoppers visiting this website, the terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the Supplier of the goods and the terms “agents“, “agent”, “they” and “them” refer to EasyShopping-Electronics.
Please note that in all cases where the supplier refers to the issuing of “credit” or “credited” you can assume this means “refund”. The supplier will issue EasyShopping-Electronics with the credit but EasyShopping-Electronics will issue you with a refund.
SUPPLIER'S WARRANTY
12 Months Warranty
All the products displayed on this website, excluding batteries and Projector Lamp bulbs mentioned below, are covered by our 12 MONTH WARRANTY. All goods dispatched from our warehouse are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters.
Our packing employees check that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your country. But please note in the case of region-specific items such as PAL / NTSC TV/Video Colour Regions, digital TV, GSM mobile phones etc that you are responsible for ordering the correct units. We will send you exactly what you order. We recommend you order your requirements of adapters, spares, small accessories with your main order because of the shipping cost burden of ordering such items separately.
We aim to communicate openly, promptly, and carefully with all customers, or their agents, in relation to issues with received goods.
If you are a customer with goods which appear to have a problem, please talk to us (directly or via your agent) before initiating complaints with Paypal or your credit card provider. Usually there is a way for us to resolve your issue quickly and to your satisfaction !
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty means that if a product develops a fault during the warranty period, and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return, we will repair your faulty item for free including the replacement of parts for example a faulty screen, and send it back to you for free. Other compensation is not normally available. If an item is impossible to repair to a good working condition we will give you full credit for the total amount paid so you can buy a replacement or change the order to a different item.
We don't believe companies should ignore their customers or try to hide from problems. We will do our best to deal with your enquiries promptly and helpfully, but please note that customers need to follow the return procedure so we can handle the return and repair efficiently, and please also note that customers need to pay the cost of returning faulty products back to China.
Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. This is important for the benefit of both parties because many problems can be resolved without the need to return the item and because unauthorized returns without a recognisable return code are more easily mislaid. It is only reasonable that we expect to be able to match the return with the order that was shipped before we commit to the cost of the repair.
If you have ordered via an agent please direct all issues to them, they will pass your concerns to us and our responses back to you. If a return under the Warranty is needed they will advise and prepare the paperwork for you.

Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the time you receive the goods. The warranty period is exactly 365 days from that time, i.e. a product on the 365th day is covered, but a product on the 366th is no longer covered.
Who pays for What ?
1. Cost of shipping a probably faulty item back to China is paid by the customer and cannot be reimbursed by us (or your agent).
2. Cost of import duties in China and the repair, including replacement of parts, are paid by us.
3. Cost of shipping repaired item back to the customer from China is paid by us
If a product cannot be repaired your original shipping fee will be credited as well as the original product value so you can place a new order for a brand new replacement, or for a different product subject to any difference in price being paid.
Any new import duty or sales tax payable on the returned repaired product is the customer’s responsibility, but if the original import documents (our invoice and the Invoice from the Shipper showing the Duty/Tax or VAT paid) is returned with the repair we ask the shipping company to do everything possible to avoid the tax duplication and this normally works fine.
Supplier Error
If a mistake was made and items received are substantially not as described, we will be able to offer full compensation depending on the details of the case, at our discretion. Our aim is for you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.
In very rare cases where incorrect items were sent or the item description was substantially incorrect at the time you ordered it:
1. We might request you to accept the 'incorrect' item at a reduced price, since that can solve the problem with the least hassle.
2. If you don't want the item then we will give you a partial refund up front of the original shipping cost. You would use that money to ship the product back to us, and once it's received and confirmed the rest of the original money (the product cost) will be credited to you.
To summarize: the shipping is refunded upfront and the product price is credited later.
What the Warranty does not cover
1. The customer is solely responsible for choosing the right product, including for example the "correct" desired memory capacity, colour, screen size, digital tv format, GSM band and NTSC/PAL colour region. We will send you exactly what you order, so please read descriptions before purchasing.
2. Please Note: Returns are not accepted because the customer has changed his mind, or because an incorrect product was ordered, or because the customer prefers another colour unless this was specifically stated on the order.
3. It is important that you ensure a device is defective before you send it back as such, because if this is found not to be defective, we will at our discretion only offer a partial refund of the product cost. In such case no part of the shipping cost can be refunded.
4. If the customer refuses or fails to accept delivery for any reason, including refusal to comply with customs clearance or costs or simply having provided an incorrect address, we accept no liability and the customer will not be eligible for any compensation.
5. We do not offer warranty or support for products not bought from us.
6. The user voids the warranty if he/she flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body for any purpose, uses non approved software or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
7. If there are parts or key accessories missing we reserve the right not to make a full refund.
8. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or wear and tear.
9. The 12 month Warranty does not apply to batteries (Please refer to “Warranty Cover for Batteries” below).
10. The 12 month Warranty does not apply to Projector Lamp Bulbs (Please refer to “Warranty Cover for Projector Lamp Bulbs” below).
Return Procedures (RMA)
The standard returns process for faulty goods is as follows:
1. Customer opens a support ticket detailing the order number, product name / item code, and nature of the problem.
2. We reply with possible solutions and/or ask clarification questions.
3. Customer replies with further details if available.
4. We reply authorising the return, giving an RMA (return to manufacturer authorization), and providing a returns slip for enclosing with the returned goods. The returns slip has the returns address in China.
5. Customer returns the goods by normal post using the instructions on the returns slip.
6. We receive the returned goods and technicians check the products.
7. We offer a report to the customer. If the products are faulty the usual procedure is to initiate a repair immediately and confirm with the customer the address that the repaired goods will be sent back to.
8. The repaired goods are re-checked by our technicians. Most basic repairs are completed within one week, however because there are normally delays at the Chinese customs the whole returns process can take up to 3 or 4 weeks.
9. When all is fixed the repaired goods are packaged securely and sent out back to the customer.
10. The repaired goods are received by the customer in the same way as a normal order.
11. If a product cannot be repaired your original shipping fee will be credited in addition to the original product value so you can place a new order for a brand new replacement or a different product.
If an agent placed the order on your behalf you will communicate with your agent and the agent will communicate with us. If a return under the Warranty is needed your agent will advise and prepare the paperwork for you.
Warranty Cover for Batteries
The lifetime of batteries depends on a multitude of factors such as how often the device is used, your charging habits, how full or how empty the battery has been and how many times, and environmental influences such as heat and humidity. It is virtually impossible for us to tell if a battery is "faulty", or just simply "naturally worn out" by your own use. For this reason we can only offer warranty cover for the first 30 days from the time you receive the goods.
If, within this 30 day limited warranty period, the batteries will not recharge, or appear to drain too fast, please contact us (directly or via your agent) with your order number and the product code, and we will give you information about what levels it should be functioning at and confirm if it is faulty and can be replaced.
Faulty batteries will normally be replaced without requiring the return of the batteries we acknowledge are faulty, but we reserve the right NOT to make a special delivery in the rare situations that the delivery conditions in your destination, or prevailing China exit Customs practices, prevent or restrict us from shipping only-battery parcels. In such cases we will still send out the batteries free of charge but it would have to be together with an order of larger items.
Warranty Cover for Projector Lamp Bulbs
On Projector Lamp bulbs we can offer a 3 month warranty. This shorter warranty period is because the lifetime of the bulb depends on the user's usage and treatment of the device. Please check each product description for estimated lifetime usage hours. If your projector bulb fails during the warranty period, we will send you a new one free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping cost. For your convenience we recommend you always keep a spare bulb so order a replacement bulb at the time you purchase the Projector Lamp.
Shipping Problems
First of all, shipping problems are not a cause for concern to us and should not be a cause for concern to the buyer simply because such problems are very rare. With years of experience of delivering worldwide, we ensure the delivery information on orders is sufficient for the courier, and tracking details are given to customers so the customers know when to expect delivery. If you ordered via an agent the agent will pass on this information to you.
Secondly all shipments are covered by the Couriers Insurance so that any losses suffered in transit such as lost packages or damaged goods can be reclaimed.
The important issues for the customer are simply that he must act responsibly and communicate any problems within a reasonable time.
In particular:
1. He/she must only sign for what he/she receives.
2. Any physical damage to packages must be noted on the paperwork of the courier that he/she signs.
3. We must be notified by email of such damage and any other discrepancy identified when the package is opened and the product used. This should be done within a reasonable time.
4. We must be notified by email of non receipts within a reasonable time from the date the package was expected.

If you have ordered via an agent, you will communicate with that agent who will pass the information to us.
In all such cases we will work together with your agent (if applicable) and the shipping company/courier, including the making of the Insurance Claim and pursuing such claim to conclusion, to provide the customer with a replacement as soon as possible.
