Japanese industry and quality is now sold at the correct price.
Is it not more than likely that the same will happen with the currently cheaper electronic product now available from China ?

With our manufacturers all goods are quality controlled, packed, dispatched and delivered within 14 days. Most goods are delivered between 7 and 10 days from the day we receive your payment.
Customers are kept informed of the progress of their orders by email and by the order status feature on our website.
Soon after an order is shipped customers will be able to see the courier tracking number of their order on the website by clicking Order Status and entering the order ID and their email address. With this information they can plan for the delivery and even phone the courier and make specific arrangements.

GOODS ARE SHIPPED TO YOU BY AIR EXPRESS COURIER
All goods are shipped by international couriers such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, (Airmail may also be used for small parcels).
Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier, who may need to contact you to confirm details or to arrange delivery
Please note our fast delivery claims do not apply in certain countries where imports are subject to abnormal delays at customs.
To speed up the process you should advise us of expected problems in your country. We can then instruct the courier accordingly.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, so please do not place orders when you are not likely to be available to receive the goods e.g. holidays
It is absolutely essential that you provide a full accurate shipping address and a valid phone number.
If the courier is unable to deliver he will leave you a calling card for you to arrange an alternative delivery or pick-up date.
Any VAT or Import Duty payable will generally have to be paid to the courier before he can leave the goods with you. Please refer to our notes on this matter.
Please ensure you receive exactly what you sign for.
If a package is missing, or damaged, or tampered with in any way, this must be noted on the receipt document you sign. You should also advise us by email as soon as possible of this and of any other irregularity identified when the packages are opened and the items inspected in detail.
SHIPPING COSTS
Our shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the information available to us from the manufacturer and the couriers. Factors taken into account in the calculations include weight, dimensions and the delivery location.
Shipping charges reduce proportionately when more than one item is included in the same package.
Please note that shipping charges are not normally refundable, but if a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will arrange for a re-delivery at no further cost to you, or you will be refunded in full.
Our Advice
It is not commercially wise to order a small item on it's own because of the added cost of shipping, but if you include these in a larger order you will find that the total cost, including any import tax, is significantly less than what you would have to pay for the equivalent products manufactured in your country.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING AND LEGALITY
We offer shipping worldwide to allmost all locations, but we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion e.g. where shipping to a remote area is not feasible.
Please note that it is your responsibility to find out about taxes and the legality of importing goods into your country. We do not accept any responsibility if items are confiscated by the authorities, or if you are unable to complete the import for any reason.
Your Responsibility
Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country, and in certain cases, in the "en-route" country, but it is your responsibility, and you must be available for contact by them in the event of any query clearance confirmation.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products are supplied with a 12 month warranty from the manufacturers. This means that if there is any quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or is unusable during the 12 months following the receipt of the goods by the buyer, the manufacturer will accept the return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical one, or an equivalent one which you accept, or give you a refund.
If you experience any problem with a product please email us and we will do our best to assist you. If necessary we will contact the manufacturer and and pass on the information to you.
Any returns must be discussed with us first so that we can get the approval of the manufacturer who will issue the paperwork necessary to process the return correctly. It should be noted that the shipping cost of returning the product to the manufacturer is payable by you and not compensated by us or the manufacturer.
Important Note
Please note that the following actions by the user invalidate the warranty.- Causing physical damage to a product.
- Opening a product up to attempt the repair or modify it's components.
- Flashing the firmware.
- Using non approved software.
All the above mentioned matters as well as the
points that follow form part of our Trading Terms.
But before you read the remaining points please note that importing is a breeze in most countries ! You may have to pay VAT or Sales Tax, and sometimes some Import Duty when the goods arrive, but in the vast majority of cases packets and cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all !
Please read the item descriptions carefully before you order ! This is important because the manufacturers do not accept the return of healthy goods ordered in error, and we cannot compensate you fully for them.
- If you are in an NTSC video colour region, don't order PAL products !
- Check if your locality has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers !
- If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order a left side passenger sun visor car DVD monitor !
- We also supply radio signal jammers, high powered lasers, and quasi-medical products that may not be legal imports in some countries. Please check they are legal in your country before you order them.
Our manufacturers do assist by checking orders to screen possible region / compatibility issues etc.. and if they notice inconsistencies, they will query the order before dispatching it, but it is not their responsibility.
Out of Stock Delivery Delay
If there is a possible shipment delay due to the warehouse being out of stock of one or more items ordered, we will contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing the products, or any other options.
Disclaimer relating to Damages
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware, or sofware, during the use of, or in any way related to, any product supplied by us. We will not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect installation of any product supplied by us.
