HOW TO ORDER
Adding an item to the Order
Ordering is a very simple process.
First you locate the item you wish to order. You do this by selecting the Main Category with the links listed on the left of your screen. Then you select the sub-category with the image links displayed on the central area. And then you scroll down to the required item on the Product List page. You can also view and select the main categories on the central area by clicking on Browse Store at the bottom of the Category list on the left.
You can click the Buy buttons on the Product list, but we recommend you view the full specifications before you buy.
Clicking an item on the Product List opens the Product Details page, displaying larger images, a more detailed description, and full specification. The display includes five images for most products and all images can be further enlarged.
On the Product Detail page you click the Buy button, and this takes you to the Shopping Cart page. Some products may require you to make a type selection before you click the Buy buttons.
Please note that if a type option is already selected, the item will be included in the order with that option selected.
The Shopping Cart
On the the Shopping Cart page you will notice that the shipping cost is also calculated for you and you are looking at the full amount you have to pay, unless the delivery address is subsequently changed.
On the Cart page you can update the quantity, but for this to be reflected in the Order value you also need to click "Update Totals".
Items can be deleted from the order by ticking the box on the corresponding row of the "Select" column on the right and then clicking "Delete".
If you wish to continue shopping you click "Continue Shopping."
When you are ready to complete the order you click the "Checkout" button, and this takes you to the Customer details page.
Customer Details Page
We need to know who you are, how we can contact you, and where to send the order, so you need to enter those details in our form. Please note that any information you give us is used solely for the purpose of providing you with a service - no data is ever passed on to anyone else. (Refer to our Privacy Policy)

Ticking "Remember Me" will save you the trouble of having to complete this form again the next time you place an order.
And ticking "Allow promotional emails" gives you the opportunity of getting some discount on future puchases. We occasionally email out promotional discount coupons (vouchers), which can be used to reduce cost of future purchases.
If you are claiming a Coupon or discount you need to enter the reference number on the appropriate box.
Checkout
The only payment option at the present time is PAYPAL, so all that's left to do on this page is to click the "Checkout" button, so you can complete your payment.
Please note that Paypal is probably the safest method of making payments on the web. Apart from the high security server, the main advantage to you of using Paypal is that you do not reveal debit or credit card numbers or any other personal banking details.
You will have to confirm you wish to make the commitment by clicking "Checkout" again, but this action now takes you to the secure Paypal environment, where you need to log in to your Paypal account to complete the transaction. The contents in your cart are anonymous until you click this checkout button.
On the secure PAYPAL site you need to log in using your email address and password, or, if you do not already have a paypal account, you can sign up for one or you can pay by credit card, or, if you change your mind, you can return to our site and change or cancel the order.
Please note: It is important that you return to our site when you have completed the payment, so that we can provide you with our receipt with all the details of the purchase, which you will be able to file and print.
Returning to our site after payment will also trigger an email to you with the order details. Thereafter we will update you by email of the progress of your order up to the time this is received by you.
If you have created an account with us, you will also, at any time, be able to view and update your account details, and view your account history and the status of any outstanding order.
