Electronics don’t work unless they are connected to a power supply, be it mains alternating current
( ac power ) or direct current ( DC ) from a battery !   The first consideration for any electrical supplies
is to ensure the product is supplied with the correct power plug or ac power adapter for the order country's power supply, so the electronic gadget can plug in and work or recharge it’s battery.

What type of electrical plug and/or power adapter is
shipped with the electronic products from our suppliers ?

You will receive the plug and/or adapter you need to use the product in your country, and if you need to use the product in another country with different electrical sockets, at your request with a note on the order, or by email immediately after (before the order is packed and shipped), we will also include a second travel adapter free of charge.   If you need more power adapters you will have to include them in your order.   You can add power adapters to your order now if you wish by clicking on the images below, followed by the "BUY" icon on the product page when this is displayed.

Universal Power Adapter

HOW IT WORKS

Products that require electrical plugs and/or an ac power adapter / charger are held in stock mainly with an EU format plug, in other words the standard European plug.

The EU Format Plug or european plug has two prongs and can accommodate earth connections from the socket.

UK Customers, don't worry, read on.....

USA Customers, don't worry, read on.....

Australia Customers, don't worry, read on.....

All power plugs and power adapters are both 110V and 230/240V capable.   So the power bricks will work in every country.   This leaves only the question of the plug type on the end of the cable.

Above you can see the accessories for a Media Player, a Projector and a Portable DVD Player.   Since the original plug on the adapter cable is the standard European plug from the supplier’s stock, a travel adapter for the required country will be included with the order free of any charge.

A customer in the UK will receive a UK plug, a customer in the USA will receive a US power plug and a customer in Australia will receive an Australian power plug.   The free travel plug adapter types supplied are displayed below:



We cannot guarantee any other plug type, other than the uk plug, the European plug, the us power plug or the Australian power plug as displayed above, can be supplied, however one of these electrical plugs should be suitable for most electrical sockets throughout the world.   Check locally before you order and if you need any other type of plug your best option is to find an adapter locally to convert one of our plugs to the format you need.

CHOOSING YOUR PLUG TYPE

You don’t have to, we do it for you.    We select your plug type based on the delivery address on your order.   Please note that if you want a different plug type it is your responsibility to advise us.

If your address is in the UK you will receive a plug or the correct adapter for the UK.

If your address is in the US you will receive a power plug or the correct adapter for the power supply electrical sockets in the US.

If your address is in Europe you will receive a European plug or the correct adapter for the EU.

If your address is in Australia you will receive an Australian power plug or the correct adapter for the power supply electrical sockets in Australia.



If the power plug you require is not the standard format for the power supply in your country, it is totally your responsibility to advise us of the type of plug you need.   If your delivery address is in the UK but you want a plug to fit the electrical sockets in the USA it is completely your responsibility to advise us of this by way of a note on the order.   We do not accept responsibility for supplying a UK plug instead of the us power plug you needed in such circumstances.

Please note also that if you do make a specific request for a plug that is not the standard plug for the power supply in your country, this choice is your responsibility too.   EasyShopping-Electronics is not responsible for checking or correcting your choice of plug type if you made a mistake.
