At Easy Shopping - Electronics, unlike many other shopping cart websites, we respect the privacy of our visitors. We don't just take precautions to safeguard the information we collect from unauthorised use, we simply collect only the information needed for the provision of the service you ask for, and then we do not keep any of the information collected any longer than needed, unless you specifically authorise us to.
What Information do we collect ?
The only information we collect is that which you provide us with, that which is necessary for us to provide you with the service we offer.
To supply your orders we need personal details such as your name, address and Telephone. We also ask for your email address in order to exchange important information relating to your orders. But we do not keep such information on our files any longer than is necessary to perform the service you ask us to carry out, unless you specifically authorise us to.
We accept payment only by PAYPAL which means that you can complete transaction without giving us any Bank Account or Credit / Debit Card details.
How is this information protected ?
Our computers on the net are protected by AVG, which includes the latest Anti Virus, Anti Spyware, and Email protection. Your data is as safe as it can be.
Who has access to the information ?
We are a small family business and we undertake all the work ourselves. We do not have employees and no one else has access to the computer or the premises from which we operate.
Can I view and Remove the Information you hold about me ?
You always have the option of viewing your account to make sure the information we hold from you is indeed correct. You also have the option of removing any information from your account that you wish to keep private.
However please note that removing any of the information we hold will only make it impossible for us to process any future orders you may wish to place.
If any of your information changes e.g. you change your address, you need to update your record before placing any other order or we will have this sent to your old address and you won't be there to receive it !

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, although the only foreseeable change would be that resulting from a change in the payment options. PAYPAL is not available in every country and we may consider accepting other forms of payment.
If and when any such change occurs we will publish the revised Privacy Policy in our web site and notify all account holders by email.
